Sun Crest
Sun Crest is a large subdivision high on the east bench in Draper, it is between Salt Lake Couny and Utah County and is a top pick for those who work both counties. This area is quiet and beautiful, located high up on Salt Lake Valleys East Bench means fantastic city, lake and mountain views. You’ll love being above the noise and the traffic, but you’ll want to buy a snow blower when you move in, as it does have higher accumulation of snow than lower down in the Salt Lake Valley. Access to Downtown SLC is 30-40 minutes, access to Downtown Provo about the same.
